How it Works

The Oppi operates via a small specially designed 12 volt submersible pump attached to the shower pole and powered by any 12 volt power source, vehicle battery or optional, specially designed Li-Ion rechargeable battery pack. (30 + showers per charge)

The shower comes with a 5 metre long UV protected and weatherproof power cord fitted with a high quality in-line ‘water-proof’ switch and connector plugs.

Returns & Warranty

RETURN & WARRANTIES 

We stand behind the quality of our products and are dedicated to providing high quality goods for our clients. If you are not happy with your online order for any reason, then do not hesitate to contact us so that we can endeavour to correct the situation.

In most cases, we will accept the exchange of any un-used goods as long as they are in original condition and still have their packaging. Please contact us through the 'Say G'day'page on our website first so that we can determine the best remedy.  

You can return the goods with the original receipt as proof of purchase within 30 days.

Where possible we will provide you with the requested exchange, but if out of stock we will provide you with a credit. If we agree you can return these items, the POSTAGE COSTS ON THESE RETURNS WILL BE BORNE BY YOU AND SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ON RETURNS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack any returned items carefully to ensure they arrive safely. 

You are not entitled to seek a refund if you:

  • Were aware of the relevant fault before buying the goods
  • Damaged the goods by misusing them.
  • Goods are damaged due to cutting open packaging

If unfortunately you receive damaged goods due to faulty workmanship then we will provide replacement goods at our discretion. Please contact us first so that we can determine the best remedy.
